SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS: Please read carefully

ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each order placed is custom made for each customer after order is received. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller/larger size, different color, or “buyer’s remorse” as we do not have a warehouse or keep an inventory, therefore we unfortunately do not accept returns or issue refunds for those issues. However, if there is a defect with the order (misprinted and/or damaged) we will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via email (contact@rickwadedesigns.com) within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us, noting your order number, and we’ll see what can be done. Of course any claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Note: Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email at contact@rickwadedesigns.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our very best on a case-by-case basis.

Rick Wade Designs online store operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the package was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

REASONS FOR SHIPMENT RETURNS:

Note: All sent packages are marked with the Printful return address, so that if the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, broken, etc.), it will come back to Printful headquarters and we can address the issue. Packages sent out from the Europe HQ location are automatically returned to the Europe fulfillment center.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful headquarters. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip/postal codes! Don’t leave them out and double check the digits!

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful HQ facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

Returned by Customer – It is best to first contact (contact@rickwadedesigns.com) before returning ANY product. This is because the return address on your invoice is of the Printful HQ and they do not offer any refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or for size exchanges as each order is custom made for each customer. Therefore, a new order would need to be placed for an updated size. Sorry for the inconvenience.

SHIPPING INFO: Please read carefully.

Please allow 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) Then you should add shipping times on top of that. For international shipping outside of the USA, please understand that it may take additional time to clear customs, and shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You (the customer) will be responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by you the customer.

Speed and price depends on product type and destination. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Please note that sometimes USPS does not scan packages or update their tracking so some tracking numbers may not give/have any updated information.

Flat Rate Shipping

The default pricing for shipping, available in all cases. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method (Live or Flat Rate) upon checkout.

1st T-shirt within USA: $5.00, each additional T-shirt +$0.75

1st T-shirt to Canada: $8.00, each additional T-shirt +$1.00

1st T-shirt to international from USA: $10.00, each additional T-shirt +$1.00

1st T-shirt to international from Europe: $5.00, each additional T-shirt +$0.75 (Orders to Europe are automatically produced and shipped from the European fulfillment facility.)

Live Rate Shipping

Rates are calculated depending on the destination address and the weight of each order. Live rates will often be cheaper than flat rates. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method (Live or Flat Rate) upon checkout.
